Make a Payment

The Chapter 13 Trustee does not accept payments in person or mailed to the Kanas City, MO office. Please make your payment payable to "Office of the Chapter 13 Trustee WDMO, Richard V. Fink, Trustee"
ATTENTION:The trustee's office will NEVER text, call, or email you asking for payment in any form. We cannot accept payments over the phone. Please be cautious if you are contacted by anyone claiming to be with the trustee's office requesting payment. Contact your attorney or the Trustee's office, at 816-842-1031, with questions.
Remitting Payments by Mail
  • You may choose to deduct your plan payment from your paycheck through an employer wage order. Contact your attorney to provide for an employer wage order if it is not part of your Chapter 13 plan
  • You may mail a personal check, cashier's check or money order to:
