The Office of the Chapter 13 Trustee provides a secure site for debtor’s attorneys and creditor’s attorneys to transfer documents to the trustee for Chapter 13 cases.This site is one of the methods for electronically providing documents such as tax returns, affidavits regarding tax returns, deeds of trust, warranty deeds, promissory notes, certificates of title, pay stubs, bank and financial account statements, cancelled checks, dissolution decrees, Internal Audit documents, etc., to the trustee.
