The Trustee has a duty to provide information about the administration of bankruptcy cases as requested by parties in interest unless the United States Bankruptcy Court orders otherwise. 11 U.S.C. ยงยง1302(b)(1) and 704(a)(7) To satisfy this duty, you may review the information about the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy case that is posted online through the following resources

National Data Center

Debtor attorneys can register with the National Data Center (ndc.org) to view case information online. New requests are typically processed within 1 business day.
Debtor attorney registration procedure.
  • Email the Trustee's office at info@wdmo13.com your request for registration. You must include the email address you want associated with your registration and a case number for any of the debtors you currently represent.
  • After your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your login credentials and a link to create your own password. This will allow you to immediately login to view all of your cases.

Attorneys must register in order to access online case information. New requests are typically processed within 3 business days. Our office will mail you a copy once your application is processed.
